Land donated by Tom and Debbie Harrison and J. R. and Darda Drew for the shelter in memory of Debbie and Darda's parents John and Marilyn Dodd 3rd Annual Celebrate National Dog Day - Best Doggie Costume Contest was held Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Miller's Senior Living Community.  All proceeds are given to the Sullivan County Humane Society.
